I’m a certified Pilates instructor, and I fell in love with how Pilates made me feel and eventually look. Going to the gym was always a chore for me, but Pilates was different; I felt revitalized, refreshed, and fully alive after my classes... my happy juices were flowing!
I have found a new sense of self the more I have practiced and grown with Pilates. It’s improved my arthritis so much and has helped me feel better than I have in years. It has changed my life in so many ways, and I can guarantee it will do the same for you! I want my clients to have a genuinely life-changing experience when they work with me by improving their physical health and overall holistic wellness, including mental health.
Together we can create the best version of you through movement and positive thinking. I can’t wait to see my clients discover something new within themselves and leave feeling rejuvenated, confident, and ready to take on the world!

Sierra is a 🌊b a d a s s🌊 in & out of the studio! She shreds on the water and in the skatepark & makes you feel like you can do anything while taking her class! Her Barre & Spin classes are derived from her dance training in both Hollywood & New York. She’s passionate about movement in the body & she strives to share that with the clients in her classes 🤍

Denise is our ray of sunshine in the studio. She’s been teaching spin for 9 years & her class is a “love fest” on the bike 🤍 Her rhythmic music & motivational sayings will bring you all the good mood endorphins to start your day!

Cherié creates space in her classes rooted in movement science with room for creativity & self inquiry. She holds an extensive list of fitness certifications. Cherié’s classes combine mindful movement while also encouraging her clients to reach their personal goals.

Lisa’s love for yoga started in 2016. Yoga became a huge part of her healing. Learning how to connect movement with the breath, the mind and the heart brought her so much peace inside. Through teaching, she aims to give that sense of peace to others.

Stephanie is our early bird firecracker in the studio! Since 2011, she’s been teaching Spin, Yoga, Barre, Mat Pilates, Kickboxing, Mobility, and functional strength classes. She’s our endurance junkie! She’s completed multiple Ironman events, 50ks, and marathons. Her goal is to help you reach your goals 💪🏻

Hi! I’m Gracie, I am one of the instructors at Pure Studios. I am currently studying Interior design, but love fitness on my free time. I have always had a passion for health and wellness and couldn’t be happier working at such a great studio, I would love to help everyone reach their goals mentally and physically!
