I’m a certified Pilates instructor, and I fell in love with how Pilates made me feel and eventually look. Going to the gym was always a chore for me, but Pilates was different; I felt revitalized, refreshed, and fully alive after my classes... my happy juices were flowing!
I have found a new sense of self the more I have practiced and grown with Pilates. It’s improved my arthritis so much and has helped me feel better than I have in years. It has changed my life in so many ways, and I can guarantee it will do the same for you! I want my clients to have a genuinely life-changing experience when they work with me by improving their physical health and overall holistic wellness, including mental health.
Together we can create the best version of you through movement and positive thinking. I can’t wait to see my clients discover something new within themselves and leave feeling rejuvenated, confident, and ready to take on the world!

Jenn’s yoga journey began over a decade ago with her first hot yoga class—an experience that quickly grew into a daily practice. What began as a physical pursuit soon evolved into something much deeper. For Jenn, yoga is not only about strength and flexibility, but also about mental clarity, self-awareness, and growth. Her practice serves as a moving meditation, helping her stay centered and grounded both on and off the mat.
In 2017, Jenn completed her 200-hour RYT training with the original intention of deepening her own practice. Along the way, she discovered a genuine passion for teaching and supporting others in their yoga journeys. Jenn is dedicated to creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment where students of all levels feel seen, encouraged, and empowered. She thoughtfully adapts her classes to meet individual needs and believes that yoga is for every body. Committed to lifelong learning, Jenn continues to grow as both a student and teacher, always eager to share the many benefits of yoga with her community.

Hi, I’m Alex❣️ A yoga teacher passionate about mindful movement, creative expression, and building connection through practice. Each week, I look forward to sharing my love of yoga with you while feeling the passion you bring to your mat. When I’m not guiding flows, you’ll find me creating with florals and managing my clothing boutique—another way I pour love and intention into my work. In class, expect to sweat, challenge yourself, and walk away proud for simply showing up. I can’t wait to flow with you in the yoga room

Hi! My name is Kiele & I’ve been teaching for about 3 years now. I fell in love with yoga the first time I was on my mat, and I am so excited to share that with you. Yoga sculpt will be a fun way to get your body moving, incorporating asanas mixed with strength training and core work.

Hi I’m Hayley!
I found Pilates while navigating the grief of losing my mom, and it quickly became more than a hobby—it became healing. I fell in love with the practice and knew I wanted to share that love with others. I’ve been teaching at Pure Studios for nearly a year now, and bringing Pilates to my community fills me with so much joy.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me hanging out with my daughter or sneaking in a Lagree class for myself.
What to expect in my class:
Every body is welcome here. I want you to feel supported, strong, and confident. I offer layered variations to help you meet yourself where you are, whether you’re brand-new or a seasoned mover. Hi, I’m Gracie! I am so excited to join Pure Studio's team and grow together. I grew up in Canyon Lake and am currently studying interior design at IDI. I have always been passionate about a healthy lifestyle and incorporating exercise into our everyday lives. I’m so excited to meet all the new faces and help everyone meet their goals!

Kristi has over 10 years of experience teaching group fitness. She is certified in group fitness, spin, and pilates. She specializes in creating a fun, balanced workout for all fitness levels. She believes fitness should be an enjoyable part of a healthy lifestyle, not a chore. When she is not in the gym you will find her spending time with her family or enjoying a good book.

Her Barre & Spin classes are derived from her dance training in both Hollywood & New York. She’s passionate about movement in the body & she strives to share that with the clients in her classes 🤍

Hi everyone! My name is Lori, and I can’t wait to see you in the saddle! The studio has always been my safe place, as i’m sure it is for many of you. The community and confidence it fosters is unmatched! I’ve been working in the fitness space for about 3 years, and it’s filled me with joy seeing the way movement heals and brings us together.
Aside from spin, I’m a full time student! I love to hike and bake, so hit me up for an adventure or high protein recipes to try!
When coming to class, be prepared to challenge yourself, own your space, and vibe to every genre, from pop to country to 90s hip hop. See you in the saddle 🫶🩷!

Denise is our ray of sunshine in the studio. She’s been teaching spin for 9 years & her class is a “love fest” on the bike 🤍 Her rhythmic music & motivational sayings will bring you all the good mood endorphins to start your day!

Stephanie is our early bird firecracker in the studio! Since 2011, she’s been teaching Spin, Yoga, Barre, Mat Pilates, Kickboxing, Mobility, and functional strength classes. She’s our endurance junkie! She’s completed multiple Ironman events, 50ks, and marathons. Her goal is to help you reach your goals 💪🏻

Hey, I’m Ava!
I’m so pumped to start teaching spin at Pure! In my classes you can expect big energy, playlists that keep you moving, and the perfect mix of challenge + fun. My goal is to help you push past limits, make progress, and leave every class feeling stronger than when you walked in.
What I love most about teaching spin is being able to turn a workout into a party on the bike with fun lights, and good vibes. 🥳✨
When I’m not in the studio, I’m usually on the water 🌊 or finding movement somewhere else.
I actually started out as a client at Pure and got hooked with the music, the energy, and the sweat. Spin quickly became my favorite way to move, and now I’m so pumped to be on the other side of the bike bringing that same energy to you.

Hi! I’m Alyssa, I am a spin instructor and have been riding for over 3 years! Health, wellness, and fitness are a huge part of my life!
Outside of the studio, I am a post-grad student, furthering my education, and studying medicine!
In my class, you can expect an upbeat, motivating ride where I’ll push you toward your goals while keeping the vibe fun, positive, and empowering! 🤍
