PILATES

Pure Pilates will help you look and feel your very best.

All sessions stay true to the original Pilates method and principles while incorporating modern ideas. Developed by Joseph Pilates, Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a mat or other equipment to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core.

YOGA

We offer three Pure Yoga class types - Flow, Sculpt, and Restore.

Yoga is a type of exercise where you move your body into various positions to become more fit or flexible, improve your breathing, and relax your mind. Some benefits include strength, balance, and flexibility.

SPIN

Pure Spin class is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery and involves using a stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a class-style environment. You won't even realize you are working out with energetic music and inspiring instructors!

You will leave the class with an endorphin rush and energy that will empower you to conquer the rest of your day.

BARRE

Pure Barre combines the best of the best:

  • The core strength of Pilates

  • The mindfulness of Yoga

  • The high intensity of strength workouts

This low-impact, ballet-inspired workout is perfect for anyone looking to enhance flexibility, improve posture and body alignment, tighten core muscles, strengthen and stabilize smaller muscle groups, and fine-tune the mind-body connection.

SCULPT

  • Offer a more challenging, varied, and fun workout.

  • Require little or no special equipment.

  • Create a sense of camaraderie among the participants
