What to Wear
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. Most clients choose athletic wear that allows you to move freely, such as leggings, bike shorts, tank tops, or fitted tees.
For class:
Grip socks are required for Pilates, Barre, Sculpt, and Yoga
Athletic shoes or spin shoes are required for Spin classes
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated
Optional: a light layer for before or after class
You don’t need anything fancy—just come ready to move and have fun.
